Michele is a dedicated professional who has a
genuine concern for people and her
community. I met Michele over 2 years ago. I
had been experiencing shoulder and arm pain
for over a year. I had been to my medical
doctor and received cortisone. I had been to my
chiropractor for adjustments, ultrasound, etc.
Nothing was working. I decided to give
acupuncture a try and it was the best decision I
could have made. Michele set up a treatment
plan that we followed for about 6 months. The
results were amazing. I now have no pain and
complete mobility.

On June 12, 2008 I experienced cardiac
by-pass surgery. After several months of
recuperation I was still experiencing severe
nerve damage and resulting pain in my right
leg. I was referred to Michele Arnold, L.Ac. by
the Pain Management Department at Kaiser.
After the initial six visits I had a moderate
amount of relief from the stabbing pain.
Several weeks lapsed until the follow-up visit
with Kaiser renewed my referral for
acupuncture. The pain and discomfort returned
from lack of treatments during that time. After
resuming treatments the neuralgia diminished
greatly. Now, one year later, I have only a slight
sensation of numbness on the skin surface, no
longer dealing with the exhausting pain.

I was so impressed with the care and healing
environment that Michele offers that when I was
offered the wonderful opportunity to become
part of their team as the massage therapist I
readily accepted. Michele and her staff are
outstanding in their professionalism,
